Build a Practice That Actually Attracts Clients

This is for you if you’re a holistic professional who has been working with clients for at least 6–12 months. You’re making money (even if inconsistently) and you know your work creates real transformation.

You’re ready to build the strategic foundation and visible presence your practice has been missing, and willing to do both the practical and inner work needed to step into visibility. This is NOT for you if:

• You’ve just finished your training and haven’t worked with clients yet
• You’re looking for quick fixes or overnight results
• You want someone to do everything for you without your involvement
• You’re not ready to look at the inner blocks that keep you stuck

No. You need to have worked with clients for at least 6-12 months so you have real experience to draw from, but you don't need to have your niche, offers, or pricing figured out. That's exactly what we create together in Phase One (Strategic Foundation).

Many practitioners come to me with only a vague idea of what they offer or who they serve. During our foundation sessions, we define your services, structure your packages, create your pricing strategy, and clarify who you help. You don’t need to arrive with perfect clarity. You just need to be ready to do the work of getting clear.

We'll assess what's working and what's not during our discovery call, so we focus on what actually moves your practice forward.

Common scenarios:

• You have a DIY website but no strategy → We start with Strategic Foundation to define your direction, then build your brand and website from that clarity.
• You have branding (logo, colours) and you're happy with it → We keep it and build your website copy and strategy around it.
• You have a website and brand, but lack clarity or confidence → We focus on Strategic Foundation and coaching to refine your message and help you actually use what you have.

The investment adjusts based on what you actually need, so you only pay for the scope that makes sense for where you are.

The complete journey usually takes 4-6 months from our first session to having everything live and working.

• Phase One | Strategic Foundation: takes about 3–5 weeks and brings immediate clarity in your message, offers, and direction.
• Phase Two | Brand & Website: takes around 6–8 weeks, during which your foundation becomes visible and practical.
• Phase Three | Implementation Coaching: runs alongside the build and continues after launch for 3–6 months.

You don’t have to wait until the end to feel progress. Each phase builds clarity and momentum, so by the time your website launches, you already know how to talk about your work and use what we’ve built.

If you need to move at a slower pace, we can adjust. But staying in a steady rhythm usually helps build confidence and makes implementation feel lighter.

This isn’t a magic pill. The foundation works when you use it. If you show up to the sessions, do the inner work, and follow through on what we build together, you’ll have everything you need to attract clients.

My role is to guide you, support you, and build this with you. Your role is to stay engaged and take the steps we agree on.

We can adjust. If you realise you need more sessions to build your foundation, or you want additional coaching support during implementation, we can explore adding to your program.

My priority is that you get what you actually need. Sometimes that becomes clearer once we start working together, and I’m flexible in adapting to support you.

You’re not left on your own after launch. You receive 60 days of post-launch support for technical issues, small design tweaks, or minor copy refinements.

Coaching continues while your site goes live, so you’re supported in using what we’ve built. And even after that phase ends, you can always reach out if something comes up later.

Most providers give you pieces. A designer builds your website but doesn't understand the inner blocks that keep you from using it. A copywriter writes your words but doesn't help with the fear of being visible. A business coach gives you strategy but no website to send people to.

What you get here: foundation + brand + website + coaching. Everything works together. No gaps. No "figure out the rest yourself." And I support you through both the practical side and the inner work.
